SOPHIA GUARNASCHELLI
ABOUT ME!My name is Sophia and I’m a filmmaker based in New York City.
I got my start in musical theater where I performed in community and professional shows.
My love for acting expanded and landed me in small roles in a handful of short films and TV shows.
After committing to Ithaca College for Cinema Production, I knew I wanted to take my passion for storytelling more seriously.
I wrote and directed three of my own short films and helped my classmates with their projects as well.
I was able to Direct, Assistant Direct, Production Design, Costume Design, Produce, Script Supervise, and Act in over fifteen productions at Ithaca College.
In my last semester, I participated in the LA program where I had the amazing opportunity to intern for Orbital Virtual Studios.
Post-Graduation, I have already gotten the privilege to work on some amazing upcoming projects. More to come soon!
