Thanks for getting to know me!  I'm an actor, singer, and dancer, from Long Island, New York, and I have been performing for as long as I can remember. After watching Julie Andrews as Mary Poppins and as Fraulein Maria in The Sound of Music, I remember memorizing lines and singing songs around the house.  At age 4, I began learning ballet and by age 5 I was learning tap and jazz.  Before long, my parents were building me a stage out of pallets in the basement, complete with a red tufted curtain and a spotlight.  My sister and I would sell “tickets” to family and friends to come watch us perform.

I got my start on the real stage playing the role of Gretl in a traveling production of The Sound of Music when I was 8, after convincing my mom to let me go on my first-ever audition.  The 35-show run traveled all over Long Island and to parts of New Jersey, and I had to adapt to different locations and circumstances all summer.  Surprised by my maturity and tenacity, my parents decided to sign me up for voice lessons when the show closed.  Shortly after, I went to my second audition and was lucky enough to portray Young Cosette in Les Miserables at a local theater on Long Island.  Since then, I continue to follow my passion with everything I have.  I work really hard training in dance, voice, and acting about 12-15 hours a week.  My dream is to perform on Broadway and I'm going to continue to work hard to make that dream happen.

A cool fact about me is that I was raised bilingual and I am a proud speaker of German.  At age 8, I wrote an essay in German to the Steuben Society and was chosen to be the German-American Junior Princess.  I spent the year helping to raise funds for the society and was even televised riding the parade float down 5th Avenue in NYC doing "the princess wave" (haha).  I even received a citation from the city of New York for my contribution the German American culture and was interviewed for a German documentary about German culture in America!

I am also so honored to be able to give back whenever I can.  I recently tapdanced with the NYC Tap Crew under the direction of Thommie Retter to help raise $6,000 for Run DMC's Felix Organization to help send NYC foster kids to summer camp.  I also sing in Songs for Hope each year, a benefit to raise money for Memorial Sloan Kettering cancer research.  And lastly, I adore cats!  I like to help my aunt with her non-profit animal rescue organization to trap feral cats and socialize them so they can be neutered and released or adopted.

I am a proud honor student, Safe School Ambassador, and I love to read, write, and watch Netflix. In my free time, I love making Youtube videos with my best friend, writing, playing with my little sister, or just snuggling with my two cats, Peaches and Phoebe.
